Abstract: This study examines how the adoption of advanced technology, specifically barber shop software, impacts the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction of small barbershops. The research was conducted over a period of 12 months, involving 50 barbershops across the United States. Key performance indicators such as appointment scheduling efficiency, customer retention rates, inventory management accuracy, and overall profitability were analyzed.
Introduction: In recent years, the integration of technology into small business operations has become increasingly important. For barbershops, the implementation of barber shop software has the potential to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost profitability.
